All of my beads are guaranteed, so if for any reason they do not arrive in good condition, please contact me straight away, I post via First Class Royal Mail and use Recorded Delivery for goods of higher values. Full refunds will always be given against faulty items.

I try to give a clear and accurate description of my work and take pictures which give a true colour representation. Glass is such a wonderful medium and often 2D does not always capture the full nature of the finish. Hopefully, in the unlikely event of you wanting to return your purchase, it must be sent via recorded delivery or special delivery at your cost.
